Please complete the application online, print and return by email to monmouthlegalaidapps@gmail.com, or mail to PO Box 2006, Ocean, NJ 07712, or hand deliver to our physical office. Please be sure to review and include the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION per the list contained in the below link. By having this information ready, we will be able to assist you further. Be advised that no determination of eligibility may be made without the requisite supporting documents. A complete application with supporting documentation must be received by our office for an eligibility determination before an appointment will be scheduled with our Executive Director.

Upon receipt of your application and supporting documents, our staff will review and schedule an in person appointment with our Director if you meet our eligibility requirements for low income individuals.

Please note that our income eligibility guidelines for free legal assistance through the Legal Aid Society of Monmouth County is based on 1 ½ times the Federal Poverty Level.
